By booking onto an Active Hearts club you understand the risks that may arise through sports activities and trust that the coaches will act in an appropriate and professional manner. Any pictures taken during sessions/ camps may be used on social media or our website for marketing and promotions. If you do not wish to allow the use of your child's photograph please let us know via email. Our club or any of the staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the sessions/camps. You must declare all medical conditions of the child registered and keep us up to date should this change by emailing. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. If any sessions are cancelled due to bad weather, Active Hearts will offer a make up session, or parents will be refunded.
